Swift is software that cleaning companies use to answer leads, quote, book and manage jobs. This page explains what we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

  • Account information for company owners and staff: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and role.
  • Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account's name, email address and account ID. We don't receive your Google password and we don't access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else.
  • Customer information a cleaning company stores here: names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, job details, messages and call notes.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We store the card brand and last four digits, never full card numbers.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To run the features a company turns on: replying to leads, quotes, bookings, reminders, payroll and reports.
  • To send texts, emails or calls on a company's behalf when that company has enabled them. Anyone can reply STOP to stop texts.

Google user data

Information received from Google APIs is used only to sign you in, and its use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell it, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except as needed to run the service.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with providers that run parts of the service (hosting, database, texting, email, payments, AI processing), and only so they can do that work, or when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the company's account is active. A company owner can delete contacts at any time, and can ask us to delete their whole account and its data.

Deleting your data

To have your information deleted, reply to any text from the company you work with, or email the contact below, and ask for your data to be deleted; we'll confirm once it's done. If you connected Facebook, you can also remove Swift under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, and disconnect it in Swift under Settings → Connections; Swift then stops receiving your Page's leads and deletes the saved Facebook access.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and service keys are stored encrypted. Each company can only see its own data.

Contact

Questions or requests: reply to any message from the cleaning company you work with, or contact the account owner who invited you.
